In Unraveling August, you play a soldier who has decided to desert his camp and return to August City, his birthplace. Once there, you discover that a lot has changed and strange things are happening. You suspect that the mega-corporation led by the implacable Goro Price is behind these upheavals. However, you have no proof of their involvement, and the authorities seem to be turning a blind eye to the situation of the inhabitants who are being experimented on and abused.
